ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

As all prices are subject to change, we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order and your order may be put on hold. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation signifies our acceptance of your order. Bath Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Bath Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bath Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bath Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bath Solutions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

RETURN POLICY

Every product you buy from Bath Solutions is backed only by the product manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Bath Solutions will accept at its sole and unfettered discretion qualified and conforming products for refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any request for return of product must be made through an RMA (Return Material Authorization) filled out on the website. Once received at Bath Solutions, a response will be sent to the Franchisee with the result within 48 hours. Bath Solutions will accept product returns at their sole discretion, reserving the right to deny product returns. All products must be returned to Bath Solutions in original box in returnable and re-sellable condition. Items are not returnable once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened. All parts must be present. Once a return has been inspected at Bath Solutions, we reserve the right to then deny that return and send the product back to the Franchisee's location at Franchisee's expense. All requests for return of custom made product will be declined. Special order parts may be declined, or may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee AND shipping charge to return to the original vendor. The Bath Solutions Franchisee will be responsible for all freight charges back to Bath Solutions. All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the product. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.

PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING

Your credit card is charged immediately upon paying for your order. For any payment issues, please contact Bath Solutions Head Office at 1-866-247-4119. All orders will be held until complete, at which time an email notification will be sent to the Franchisee stating that the order is ready. The Franchisee requests the order by logging into their account and submitting a shipping request. The shipping department requires at least two days notice to pack and ship. The Franchisee is responsible for all shipping and related charges. Bath Solutions is not responsible for any product once it has left the warehouse.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Bath Solutions maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") authentication to guarantee the confidentiality of online transactions made on our site. SSL authentication and encryption of the information that you send to us over the Internet help protect your online transaction information from third party interception. We never display your full credit card number once it has been entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes. We urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail.
